河南产业结构优化升级的切入点及其实现路径研究
文章摘要：产业结构优化升级是实现河南经济转型升级的重要支撑，是打造河南经济升级版不可或缺的环节。本文在对现阶段河南产业发展现状及存在问题分析的基础上，探索了河南产业结构优化升级的3个切入点，即控制增量优化存量、创新驱动、投资结构优化，最后尝试提出较具针对性的实现路径。
