But at the same time，it is also faced with outstanding problems such as the urgent need to speed up the improvement of quality and efficiency，the urgent need to make up for historical debts，and the urgent need to strengthen the development system. In 2019，despite the complex situation of increasing downward pressure on the economy and profound changes in the external environment，favorable conditions are gradually accumulating. The overall development of agriculture and rural areas in the whole province will show steady progress and continuous improvement and optimization. The production of agricultural products will remain stable，the agricultural structure will continue to be optimized，the income of farmers will continue to increase，and the integration of urban and rural areas will further accelerate.
