2012～2013年河南省产业集聚区发展分析及建议

Abstract:Industry cluster district is the effective carrier of building a modern industrial system,Accelerating the industrial cluster district construction has great significance to realize the promotion of Central China and leap-forward development of Henan Province. At present,the construction effect of Henan's industry cluster district is distinct,But there are many questions: industry concentration degree is not high; dominant industry drives ability is not strong; weak innovative capability; land、capital and talent resource elements restrict bottleneck outstanding;supporting facilities not perfect, etc. Aiming at these problems, the paper analyzes the causes and proposes measures, such as planning scientifically, optimizing the industrial structure, perfect independent innovation system, strengthen the selection capital investment, innovative financing mode, improving land use efficiency, etc.
