Abstract:As an important part of the labor relations,Labor-Capital relations is the most basic social relations. With the booming development of non-public economy,the contradiction of Labor-Capital relations appears gradually and the problems in Labor-Capital relations are deepening. And both of them gradually develop into the very factors which would influence the social stability and restrict the construction of harmonious society.At present,most of the domestic and overseas scholars focus their research on the both sides of Labor and Capital,which seldom involves aspects of the tripartite interactions including polity,capital,and labor.By using the method of combining field study with empirical study,this research,which mainly begins with the factors of political,economic,cultural,social and psychological that influence Labor-Capital relations,seeks the interaction relations of the polity capital labor tripartite parts,the specific games behaviors and the deep reasons for influencing Labor-Capital relations. And puts forward a constructive initiatives to find a shortcut transforming the"state of peace"into the"harmonious state".
