Abstract:The research group used the questionnaire survey and depth interviews to Xiaojing Village grass-roots management organization，villager’s participation in village affairs consciousness，economic development status，entertainment and leisure life，“dare to be the first” spirit of hard struggle，education and health，infrastructure，social security system，environmental remediation has done deeply and widely the survey，a comprehensive and detailed display of the social development Xiaojing Village，and on this basis，points out the existing problems and coping strategies，so as to provide intellectual support for the development of Xiaojing Village and Chinese village.
