Abstract:In the social transformation time,a large of social contradictions aggregates,the defensive job becomes the most serious problems of the local government .Facing the current situation of civil society groups are immature in China which in resolving social contradictions and the petition system has been tightened,the Jinghu District of Wuhu city is based on the regulating mechanism have futher improved,make a innovation choice from the system,a set of work experiences which the "Liang Dai Yi Wei" resolved social contradictions had been worked out. These experiences produce the advantages of the current system as well as making the social management system innovations,it has been a great exploration of the current social management system.
