2014～2015年安徽社会形势分析与预测

Abstract:Since 2014，Anhui has been actively adjusting to the new norm in economic development，and achieved a good beginning in the comprehensive deepening of reform. Under the guidance of the general approach of “stabilizing growth，adjusting structure，promoting reform，improving people’s livelihood and preventing risks”，the social and economic adjustment and transformation of Anhui has been gradually intensifying，with economy making progress amidst stability，development dynamics further strengthening，environment for people’s livelihood constantly improving，and the society in harmony and order. In 2014，Anhui launched a new model for land reform，and effectively increased farmers’ income；comprehensively deepened reform in administrative institutions，and further promoted the pilot reform in administrative hierarchy；actively built service-oriented government，successfully accomplished 33 tasks in livelihood project，and effectively improved the environment for people’s livelihood；Hefei marched into the Yangtze Delta Economic Zone，and officially joined in the world-class metropolitan group. Meanwhile，faced with severe pressure from macroeconomic downward trend，the development of Anhui foreign trade experienced imbalances，and lacked further momentum for attracting foreign investment；the development of township enterprises lagged behind，and county economy remained to be strengthened；employment increases decelerated，and employment pressure increased；development of new-type urbanization was imbalanced，with prominent problems such as inadequacies in systems for supporting services. Therefore，while outlining the achievements in Anhui social and economic developments from 2014 to 2015，the report also proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions for some real issues encountered in the process of development，so as to provide references for promoting the steady and rapid economic and social development in Anhui province.
