新冠肺炎疫情背景下的中东欧地区形势分析（2020年）

Abstract:In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic，some Central and Eastern European countries （CEECs） held national elections，which ended with the victory of current ruling parties，the incumbent leaders，and the popularity of multi-party coalition governance. Fighting COVID-19 pandemic became the priority across CEECs，and the “anti-pandemic” politics and the “protesting” politics stayed in parallel，led to political unrest. Regarding economy，the CEECs faced great downward pressure and the deteriorating financial situation，while the EU’s recovery fund allocation plan caused dissatisfaction in many CEECs. The United States and the EU have increased their input in the CEE region. Although affected by various unfavorable factors，the China-CEEC cooperation is still advancing.
