Abstract:The current situation of mass sports development，policy and organizational management，and the exchange and cooperation with China in Central and Eastern European countries are analyzed and summarized through literature review，comparative analysis and data statistics. It is suggested that in CEE countries，adults do not spend enough time playing sports. The proportion of youth sports is high but not evenly distributed by gender. Recreational and fitness sports are popular，but the pandemic has changed the pattern of popular sports. The policy and organizational management are relatively well managed，but more funding is needed. The exchange and cooperation of mass sports with China has achieved certain results，but the mechanism system needs to be improved，the breadth and depth of exchange and cooperation are insufficient and affected by uncertainty and instability. The mutual sides can strengthen the exchange and cooperation of mass sports by improving the construction of exchange and cooperation mechanism and system，innovating the content and form of exchange and cooperation，and improving the capacity to respond to risks.
