Abstract:In recent years，industrial software companies have great potential for development and have become one of the key areas worthy of attention on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. By analyzing the relevant data of listed companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board，it is concluded that the average market value and average price-earnings ratio of industrial software far exceed the average level of software companies. According to the latest policies，this paper puts forward suggestions for further promoting the listing of industrial software companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board，such as expanding market financing，optimizing the guidance mechanism，refining evaluation indicators，and focusing on enterprise cultivation.
