Abstract:From a global perspective，in 2021，open source shows a trend of rapid development，which has increasingly become a consensus across national boundaries and languages. Countries have formulated policies and regulations to promote the development of open source，relying on open source to establish extensive technology integration and form an open development model. The open source ecology has been gradually improved，and the open source has become a new opportunities in the capital market. On the one hand，the vigorous development of open source promotes technological innovation. On the other hand，considering the complex relationship of international competition，the open source software security，as an important link of software supply chain security，is facing challenges such as software supply interruption，security vulne-rabilities，intellectual property rights and so on. Based on the policy basis，technological basis and ecological basis accumulated at this stage，the open source will form an open，equal，cooperative and shared development model，accelerate the iterative upgrading of software，promote the collaborative innovation of industry and application，promote the improvement of ecology，and become the leading model of software technological innovation.
