文章摘要:近几年,随着生物医学的发展,以嵌合抗原受体T细胞免疫疗法(CAR-T)为代表的肿瘤新型精准靶向疗法,已在血液肿瘤临床治疗中广泛应用,可实现白血病的完全治愈。精准诊疗的前提是精准分型,包括对细胞形态学、免疫学、细胞遗传学和分子生物学的综合分析(即MICM),其中细胞遗传学分析即染色体核型分析,对于血液肿瘤疾病的诊断、预后等具有重要临床意义。自兴人工智能针对染色体样本量少、形态多样、制备难度高等行业现状及当前国内扫描分析设备大多依赖进口的不利局面,研发出集扫描、拍片、分析和报告于一体的染色体综合解决方案,有效解决了当前染色体检测领域人工依赖程度高、经验无法积累、专业人才稀缺及设备过分依赖进口等行业痛点,极大推动了行业技术进步。

Abstract:In recent years,with the development of Biomedicine,novel and precision targeted therapies for tumors represented by “Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell (CAR-T) Immunotherapy” have been widely used in the clinical treatment of hematological tumors to achieve complete cure of leukemia. Yet the prerequisite of precision diagnosis and treatment is the precise typing,including comprehensive analysis of Morpho-cytology,Immunology,Cytogenetics and Molecular Biology (MICM). Especially,Cytogenetics analysis,namely Karyotyping,is of critical importance in clinical diagnosis and prognosis of hematological cancers. However,the current situation of the Karyotyping industry in domestic is quite unfavorable:lack of chromosome samples,large sample diversity,many difficulties in sample preparation,high reliance on foreign countries-imported scanning and diagnostic equipment,and so forth. To breakthrough these bottlenecks,Zixing AI has dedicated and successfully developed a comprehensive solution that integrates scanning,patting,analysis and reporting functions. This solution has been proved to be effective in breaking through the bottlenecks of the industry,including high reliance on manual labor,many difficulties to accumulate expertise,lack of skilled workers as well as too much reliance on foreign countries-imported equipment for chromosome karyotyping. These achievements have remarkably promoted the progress of chromosome karyotyping industry.
