多主体共同发力，中国人工智能人才培养向好发展

Abstract:In 2021，the global artificial intelligence （AI） talent cultivation has boomed，and the integration of AI and traditional industries has accelerated，among which China has been in a leading position. Chinese talent cultivation system has been improving steadily，and its talent cultivation mode has already begun to take shape，which has cultivated a number of talents in different positions for the AI industry. However，there are still some problems that can not be ignored. There is still a gap between China and the most advanced countries in terms of the quantity and quality of AI talents. Most AI talents are concentrated in developed areas and large enterprises of China，and the problems of uneven regional distribution and imbalance between supply and demand still exist. In the future，it is necessary to strengthen international and domestic exchanges and cooperation of AI talents，make continuous efforts in university-enterprise cooperation，integration of industry and education，and short-term vocational education，and accelerate the construction of an AI talent ecosystem.
