Abstract:The construction of smart city has been promoted in an all-round way and has become an important component of the modernization of urban governance. As a new type of infrastructure，the artificial intelligence computing platform has the advantages of overall calculation，data sharing and ecological construction. It has effectively brought into play the powerful enabling role of artificial intelligence，the ability to process massive data and the ability to learn independently，actively contribute to the construction of smart city. At present，China’s smart city artificial intelligence computing platform has made key progress and has been put into practice in Shenzhen，Shanghai，Wuhan and other places，however，in the future，it is necessary to strengthen the overall planning and resource integration from the aspects of organization，Management，Industry and innovation.
