Related policies have been implemented in various aspects，including bridging the digital connection gap，researching and developing emerging digital technologies，promoting digital transformation，and building a fair development environment and technological innovation environment for small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs）. In terms of international policy，the Biden administration intends to build digital rules and technology alliances with Allies，seeking to build absolute discourse and leadership in the construction of rules and standards，industrial chain and supply chain system，digital technology development and other aspects.
