Abstract:Nowadays，the value of global data is drawing increasing attention. Many countries have attached great importance to seizing data opportunities，aiming to fully unleash the value of data and promote the economic development by breaking down the barriers of data circulation. Since 2021，many countries have deployed data strategies to accelerate the stimulation of the value of data elements. At the same time，the construction of data sharing，exchange and circulation platforms pioneered by Singapore，the European Union and China has entered an acceleration period. New breakthroughs have been made in the research and development of data technology. In addition，trust-based data governance models have attracted increasing attention，and various economies and relevant international organizations have further explored and built new data governance models through improved legislation and institutional innovation.
