2021年老挝文化发展报告

Abstract:In 2021，the COVID-19 pandemic still had a huge impact on Laos’ society and culture；at the same time，the publish of the “Five-Year Plan for News Culture and Tourism Development（2021-2025）” has brought new opportunities for Lao culture. In this context，Laos has continued to promote the development of domestic culture in four aspects：the resumption of the cultural and tourism industry，the cultivation of ecological culture，the inheritance of traditional culture，and the promotion of literature. At the same time，Laos has seized the favorable opportunities such as the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Laos，the 30th anniversary of the establishment of dialogue relations between China and ASEAN，and the 5th anniversary of the launch of the Lancang-Mekong cooperation to actively carry out cultural exchanges with China and neighboring countries.
