Abstract:In 2021，Myanmar has experienced a sudden change in the political situation in the predicament of fighting the COVID-19 epidemic，severe security situation，and serious crises in the development of politics，economy，diplomacy and other aspects，affecting the cultural development of Myanmar and the environment for foreign exchanges. After the National Management Committee headed by General Min Aung Hlaing took over the state power，Myanmar government still emphasized the importance of traditional culture and cultural heritage，encouraged the development of literature，science，education，arts and sports，and tried to promote social stability in Myanmar with the attraction of literature and art.
