数字经济引领绿色发展的效应、机制与路径选择

Abstract:Since the first industrial revolution，the discovery and utilization of fossil energy such as coal，oil，and natural gas have greatly promoted the development of economy and society，but also caused serious problems of environmental pollution and climate change. “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals” has become a global consensus to protect the earth’s homeland. With the innovative application of digital technology in production and living activities，the role of digital technology in achieving carbon neutrality has attracted increasing attention. On the one hand，digital technologies represented by cloud computing，big data and the Internet of Things are expected to reshape the production process and energy system of enterprises，thereby greatly improving energy efficiency and directly helping the industry to reduce carbon emissions；on the other hand，digital technologies derived New business formats，optimization of the economic structure and energy structure，and the promotion of changes in consumers’ life and consumption patterns can all indirectly contribute to the realization of the goal of “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”. In order to systematically study this issue，this paper first analyzes the impact mechanism of digital equipment，digital technology and digital industry development on energy consumption and green economic development，then comprehensively expounds the ways and beneficial exploration of digital economy on green development，and finally analyzes the practice of Chinese enterprises. Starting from the beginning，summarize the exploration of Jing Dong（JD）.com and its exemplary role in promoting industry and regional emission reduction by the digital economy，in order to provide a useful reference for future energy conservation and emission reduction.
