金砖国家新工业革命创新发展研究

Abstract:This chapter discusses the policy trends and major characteristics in embracing the new industrial revolution worldwide，and presents the latest progress of BRICS countries in promoting a partnership on the new industrial revolution. In the meantime，it discusses the direction and path for building the partnership on new industrial revolution，as well as some strategic choices for cooperation in STI field. Finally，in view of the ongoing efforts to advance the Xiamen Innovation Base，this chapter proposes some key measures to further improve the work mechanism，step up policy support，deepen industrial cooperation and strengthen training and personnel exchange.
