日本乡村振兴视域下的文化遗产保护利用政策与实践

Abstract:As an important cultural resource，Japanese rural cultural heritage has played an important role in Rural Revitalization. To study the policy and practice of the protection and utilization of cultural heritage in rural revitalization in Japan is of great significance to the systematization and refinement of the protection and utilization of the cultural heritage and the expansion of its vitality. Based on the Japanese cultural heritage policy，this report abstracts the characteristics of the protection and utilization of rural cultural heritage，which is to follow the principle of integrity and bring the material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage into the scope of protection；tell the story of cultural heritage and expand the influence of cultural heritage；promote the protection and utilization of cultural heritage and form a virtuous circle between them；decentralize the power of protection and utilization subjects and diversify the participants. The research conclusion of this paper is that：the diversity of Japanese cultural heritage policies is conducive to the protection of rural cultural heritage；the flexibility of the concept of protection and utilization is conducive to the differentiated development of rural cultural heritage；the diversity of participants is conducive to the sustainable development of rural cultural heritage.
