2021年日中贸易与投资的现状与问题

Abstract:2021，Japan’s trade with China totaled US $391.4 billion，up 15.1 percent year on year，reversing two consecutive years of negative growth in 2019 and 2020. In the first half of 2021，Japanese direct investment in China was 478.1 billion yen，down 29.8% from a year earlier. 2021，Japanese-owned enterprises in China have been affected by COVID-19 epidemic and Sino-US trade frictions，but it is gaining momentum relative to the rest of the world. Meanwhile，the rise in global raw material prices and the rising cost of container transportation and other materials procurement have had a huge impact on Japanese manufacturing enterprises in China. We hope that Chinese government will further improve the business environment and promote diversification and strengthening of the supply chain.
