粤港澳大湾区数字贸易发展路径与对策

Abstract:Recently，digital trade has ushered in a rare development opportunity and become a new engine for the economic growth of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area. Guangdong’s market openness and digital trade development efficiency are significantly better than other provinces in the Mainland，and it has greater autonomy in exploring digital trade system innovation and industrial digital transformation. The unique advantages of Hong Kong and Macau lie in the policy support of the SAR，free business environment and perfect digital infrastructure，and they are moving towards the goal of a global digital trade center，and have the ability to explore a better path for domestic digital trade reform and deepening through cooperation with Guangdong. However，the digital trade of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area also has constraining factors such as significant differences in regional systems，lagging digital infrastructure，prominent digital security issues，uneven progress in the digitalization of enterprises，and shortage of talents in the digital field. Therefore，it is possible to promote the development of digital trade by optimizing the business environment，promoting the construction of economic integration，building a digital infrastructure network，promoting the development of the data element market and security governance through collaborative innovation of policies and systems in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
