海上丝绸之路多元化纠纷解决机制分析——以东盟十国为分析对象（2020~2021）

Abstract:The construction of the Maritime Silk Road Economic Belt has promoted robust economic exchanges and cooperation among ASEAN countries for their close ties with politics，economy，and culture，and may also be accompanied by more transnational civil and commercial disputes. Because of the limits of the differences in the judicial system and the level of rule of law in various countries，the dispute resolution will be difficult to implement by the traditional transnational judicial cooperation. Foresight in the construction of civil and commercial order for maritime Silk Road，introducing the China-ASEAN alternative disputes resolution system，building its online dispute resolution platform as well as modifying the connection of transnational judicial cooperation with ADR，will be a Chinese initiative of promoting a “people-to-people” exchange model for Maritime Silk Road Economic Belt.
