中国-东盟数字经济合作动力和阻力分析（2020~2021）

Abstract:Nowadays，digital economic cooperation has become the most potential development direction of China-ASEAN economic cooperation. In recent years，the two sides have made gratifying achievements in building digital infrastructure，developing cross-border e-commerce，training digital technology talents and R&D cooperation. The opportunities of digital transformation in ASEAN economies，the attraction of ASEAN digital consumer market to China and the prospective rising space of ASEAN digital industry are the main driving forces for the continuous cooperation between the two sides. However，many problems of cooperation such as the imperfect digital infrastructure，weak digital technology and talents，low digitized degree of SMEs and the restrictions on cross-border data flow in ASEAN countries need to be solved. In the future，Innovating the content and form of digital economic cooperation，deepening personnel training and technical exchanges，strengthening data security protection and policy communication，constructing systems of cross-border logistics and RMB payment will be important areas of cooperation between China and ASEAN.
