Abstract:In recent years，China’s intellectual property trade has developed rapidly，but the intellectual property trade structure is unreasonable，and there is still a significant gap between China and major developed countries. This report analyzes the development status of China’s intellectual property trade from five aspects，including trade scale，trade deficit and international market share. It uses TC index and RCA index to evaluate China’s international competitiveness of intellectual property trade，and makes international comparisons. The paper summarizes the difficulties faced by China’s intellectual property trade in enhancing its international competitiveness. It is proposed to promote independent technological innovation and improve the quality of international patents；expand the enrollment scale of undergraduate and master’s degrees in intellectual property majors （directions），accelerate the cultivation of compound intellectual property talents；establish and improve the intellectual property protection system and build an all-round trade security barrier；vigorously cultivate knowledge Intellectual property service organization，improve the intellectual property service industry chain；carry out international cooperation in intellectual property rights，and participate in the formulation of global intellectual property trade rules.
