国内外绿色金融标准比较研究

Abstract:The 19th CPC National Congress raised the “ecological civilization building” to the national “five-in-one” layout level. As an important part of ecological civilization building，green finance has attached increasingly importance to its system and standard building. Through comparative analysis of domestic and international green financial standards and systems，this report explores the obvious difference between China and the rest of the world in development mode：first，with rapid progress and mature development，western countries have established complete green finance legal system while the domestic legal system has not covered the green finance concept；second，international green standards are mainly driven by market demand and initiated by NGOs. And Chinese green standards are initiated and established by national government authorities from top to bottom. Third，a set of complete green finance standards have been established in the world，but China has no fixed green finance standards in terms of project recognition，evaluation，certification，etc. China may，by reference to international successful experience，build a uniform green finance standard system as soon as possible and regulate China’s green finance practice.
