中国式医改：公益性回归与可持续发展

Abstract:The year 2020 marks an important milestone in the course of China’s medical reform. On the one hand，11 years into the new medical reform aimed for “public welfare return”，it is now the time to test how well the basic medical and health care system has been built. On the other hand，the COVID-19 outbreak also put the years of effort for medical reform to test. While highlighting the achievements of China’s medical reform，it also exposed the weak links of China’s medical system. At the global level，medical and health services are viewed as the cornerstone of sustainable social development，and the health of the population is viewed as the source of development. This article，by focusing on Chinese medical reform and reviewing the history and current situation of China’s medical reform，arrives at the conclusion that China’s medical and health system has yet to be improved in both the quality of medical and health services and the sustainability of medical insurance；that reform needs to be deepened in medical resources allocation，information construction，and medical insurance payment method；and that we shall effectively implement the “Healthy China Strategy” and promote sustainable social development.
