Abstract:The world today is going through Changes of A Kind Unseen in A Century. Counter Globalization，Unilateralism，Populism and Trade Protectionism maintains United States’ hegemony，which increases the uncertainty and instability of current international order. In western countries，right-wing power and far right tide intensify social differentiation and opposition as well as contradiction，result in wider divergence. After domestic turmoil intervened by western countries，many developing countries starts seeking development model for their own national conditions. Development tendency of Changes will be remoulding the world pattern from Pyramid to flat design，which means a world of more fairness and justice situations. Certainly，that progress is a longtime process，especially when United States makes more troubles at the top of ‘food chain’，with the world in turmoil. Affected by the world pattern remoulding，international security situations will be more complicated and changeable in long time.
