Abstract:Taihe Group has been a famous multinational enterprise founded by Sunny Sukardi,an outstanding Chinese Indonesian entrepreneur,and grown up to be in “Indonesian Street” cultural exhibition project and “Indonesian Street City(ISC)” urban development project as the core,resulting to have been rated as “Top 500 Asian Brands” enterprise for many years,as well as making great contribution to the economic and cultural exchange between China and Indonesia. And there are four distinctive features of the development of Taihe Group in the past nearly two decades as follows. First,diversified development strategy has been an important path for steady growth of Taihe. Second,the corporate philosophy of “We make a difference” has been a significant driving force for the development of the company. Third,adherence to Corporate Social Responsibility has been an essential support for the continuous upgrading of corporate brands. Fourth,the effective management and use of government-business relation provide precious opportunities for the rapid development and expansion of corporate influence. In briefly,the case of Taihe Group shows some of the more successful explorations and attempts made by overseas Chinese businessmen in the new era in terms of business philosophy and development ideas,which provides practical experiences and conceptual inspirations worthy of reference for Chinese enterprises going overseas at present.
