Abstract:Under the context of the continuous improvement in China-Israel bilateral economic，trade relations and innovation cooperation，China-Israel intellectual property cooperation is booming. By comparing China-Israel intellectual property innovation capabilities and the intellectual property protection environment，this paper analyzes the research status of China-Israel intellectual property cooperation，and systematically sorts out the work progress of the two countries in the signing of intellectual property agreements，policy exchanges，platform construction and intellectual property transactions. Based on this，it further clarifies the basis of China-Israel cooperation in the field of intellectual property rights，deeply analyzes the current situation of the two-way layout of China-Israel intellectual property rights and its relationship with China-Israel bilateral cooperation in economy and trade. Furthermore，it provides suggestions for high-quality and in-depth cooperation in intellectual property rights between China and Israel.
