Abstract:As an effective way to improve quality and efficiency of cross-border e-commerce，overseas warehouses need to upgrade service functions，innovative idea and serving the products. The transformation from traditional overseas warehouse to modern overseas warehouse needs the functions of import goods，export distributions，inventory controls，circulation distribution processing and the digital information platform. Take “The Belt and Road Initiative” to build the network system of overseas warehouses according to the forms，functions，tasks and responsibilities. It will also build the international logistics channel and hubs serving cross-border e-commerce. Overseas warehouses should be integrated into the cross-border supply chain，implemented cross-border supply chain management，innovated the business model，realized the integrated operation of resources，funds and network chain.
