文章摘要：本报告基于2005年和2018年的交通数据，利用复杂网络分析方法和最短出行时间法分别对东北地区陆路交通（公路和铁路）的拓扑可达性和时间可达性进行了分析，研究发现2018年东北地区陆路交通可达性相较于2005年有了较大程度的提升，但在空间分布上仍然呈现出明显的“核心—边缘”分布模式，为此从继续加大陆路交通基础设施投资力度和推动东北地区陆路交通网络一体化发展两个方面提出了政策性建议。
