京津雄城市群“十四五”时期宏观发展分析预测

Abstract:This report argues that the establishment of the Xiongan New Area in hebei changes the beijing-tianjin-hebei core region development pattern，the Xiongan New Area to speed up the construction will initially formed in “The 14th Five-Year Plan” period at the beijing-tianjin-Xiongan urban agglomeration as the core of regional spatial structure. Through the Beijing，Tianjin，Xiongan，Shanghai and Chongqing nearly 20 years review and comparison of main macroeconomic indicators，preliminary build a macro analysis framework of Beijing-Tianjin-Xiongan urban agglomerations. Macro econometric model forecast analysis showed that during “The 14th Five-Year Plan” period，the economic scale of the Beijing-Tianjin-Xiongan urban agglomeration will be significantly improved，the quality of development will also be significantly improved. It is suggested to strengthen the leading role of scientific and technological innovation in the Xiongan New Area，we will stimulate the vitality of new citizens in the Beijing-Tianjin-Xiongan urban agglomerations through institutional innovation，promote regional high quality development.
