Abstract:Reviewing the developing status quo and the characteristics of the financial leasing industry，based on the industry’s practice in social responsibility，this paper comes up with some requirements，such as serving the real economy and the national strategies，pushing forward the development of ecological civilization，and supporting the regional coordinated development strategy. To shoulder the social responsibility and improve the competitive advantages，the financial leasing industry should implement the concept of ESG，build up ESG management system，serve the real economy，support the green finance，and utilize technology to improve the sustainable quality. Meanwhile，risk management should be more consolidated to reinforce the basis of the industry.
