中国绿色信托发展现状及建议

Abstract:In September 2020，President Xi Jinping proposed the goal of “carbon emission peak” by 2030 and “carbon neutrality” by 2060. In the next 40 years，China’s economic and industrial structure will undergo profound changes. At the work conference of CBRC in 2021，Guo Shuqing，Chairman of CBRC，proposed that Green Credit，Green Insurance and Green Trust should be actively developed to provide strong support for the construction of a new development pattern. The trust industry should give full play to its institutional advantages，actively develop Green Trust Business，continue to innovate green trust products and services，and constantly increase support to green industry to help China achieve carbon peak and carbon neutral goals. Based on the above mentioned，this report summarizes the current development status and achievements of Green Trust business in China，analyzes the problems existing in the Green Trust and puts forward feasible suggestions.
