世界百年未有之大变局与人类命运共同体——国际共运视角下的两制关系新变化

Abstract:On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall，the great change of the world has taken on an unprecedented new look. Western developed countries represent the interests of international monopoly capitalism. The essence of their world order outlook is still to try to maintain the unreasonable old international order and seek the best interests of the bourgeoisie，which，under the pattern of “two systems in one world”，has added new difficulties to the construction of the new order. Facing the complex evolution of the world order，the “Community with a Shared Future for Mankind” has provided the Chinese approach to “what we shall do？”. Its “inclusiveness” extension facilitates the building of a community of interests；its “world feelings” coincides with the core ideas of the United Nations，promoting international union；its “fairness” connotation facilitates the building of a reasonable outlook on security and economic governance；its “common prosperity” purpose helps improve the well-being of the world people，and integrate and converge the polarized world，and ultimately will promote the new development of world socialism.
