由澳门民间社团的功能性作用来看澳门的人才回流发展
文章摘要：澳门社团形态各异，五花八门，数量之多与密度之大，可以与许多西方发达国家相比肩。澳门没有政党，而是以社团作为参选工具，由此社团逐渐发展出“拟政党化”及“拟政府化”功能。本文希望探讨澳门民间社团的功能性作用，并且对澳门相关部门及个人进行访谈，进而通过与邻近地区的做法进行比较，找出澳门民间社团与澳门人才回流之间的密切联系，以引发读者的一些关于构建人才培养长效机制的新的想法和思考。
Abstract:With high sheer number and density，Macao civil society is comparable to many well known civil society of Western countries.
