Abstract:Based on the framework of Hangzhou’s “six systems，two platforms”，Suzhou comprehensive test area has formulated a new development strategy of “internet plus” and “import and export” by combining the current situation of industrial basis and local characteristics. Through the development of cross-border e-commerce，Suzhou comprehensive test area has provided important support for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries，and established a new industrial trade service chain. In addition，the import and export structure of Suzhou’s foreign trade has been optimized and improved. It will realize the “online shipping” and “optimal into and optimal out” of traditional industry.
