Abstract:The establishment of Chengdu cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area has accelerated the development of Chengdu cross-border e-commerce industry. According to the overall construction plan of “One Mansion，One Metropolis，and Three Centers”，we will give a the policy advantages of comprehensive test area，and make full use of “Rong-Euro express railway” and airport to other countries for strengthening the economic and culture. The development of Chengdu cross-border e-commerce not only attract all kinds of cross-border e-commerce enterprises，but also promote the healthy development of new modes and new industry formats. It also drives the transformation and upgrading of local traditional manufacturing industry and commercial circulation. And it builds the highland of cross-border e-commerce development in the western China.
