Abstract:Chongqing is an important city in the western inland. The development of cross-border e-commerce not only strengthens the local economic construction，but also provides a new channel for chongqing’s foreign trade. It is also an important path for the “the Belt and Road” strategy and the construction of the Yangtze river economic belt. By optimizing the cross-border e-commerce regulatory mode and simplifying sampling cost，it improves the customs clearance time effect. Rely on the Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe International Railway，it integrated the resources of cross-border e-commerce，and reducing the comprehensive cost of enterprises. Meanwhile，it can improve the core competitiveness and promote to build the central logistics distribution base in the central and western regions.
