从网络空间安全治理视角看中国提升治理权的路径选择

Abstract:The international governance of cyberspace has entered a new stage of historical development. Driven by many factors such as technology，social applications，acknowledge，and major incidents，the concerns of cybersecurity of the international community have risen unprecedentedly and related security issues have become the focus of governance. The balance between security and development has been broken. If the security issues cannot be effectively solved，it will become a shackle to development. The situation in 2017 is particularly prominent. A new round of global cybersecurity threats stirs nerves of the international community. Although the status quo is severe，it is an inevitable stage for the development of cyberspace. All parties in the international community are actively exploring effective solutions. For China，following the trend，making efforts on security governance will not only be beneficial to the construction of its own cyber power，but also an important part of building a cyberspace community of shared future for ensuring “common security” is undoubtedly the top priority of the international community.
