文章摘要：网络安全企业是国家网络空间安全能力的重要支点。以美国为首的西方发达国家，凭借强有力的网络安全企业实力、紧密联动的政企关系，占据全球网络空间优势地位。本研究拟通过对国外典型企业发展的研究，借鉴国际经验，提出促进我国网络安全企业发展的政策建议。
