文章摘要：在最高人民法院的积极推动和倡导下，驻马店市中级人民法院近年来高度重视并带领该市两级法院大力开展庭审公开工作，最终成为全省乃至全国庭审公开工作的标兵法院。本报告作为驻马店市中级人民法院庭审公开第三方评估的最终成果，对驻马店市两级法院庭审公开工作的发展阶段作了简要梳理，仔细剖析了驻马店中院在本次评估中的优异表现与不足之处，并对该院下一步更好地开展庭审公开工作提出了具体可行的建议。
