文章摘要：受最高人民法院委托，中国社会科学院法学研究所支振锋教授的团队对2017年全国法院庭审公开工作进行了第三方评估。本报告作为2017年人民法院庭审公开第三方评估的研究成果，对此次庭审公开评估的原则、对象、方法进行了详细论证，对2017年全国法院庭审公开工作的基本状况、重大进步进行了客观呈现和分析，总结了我国庭审公开的成绩和经验，指出了其缺陷与不足，并提出了改进意见与建议。
