Abstract:The development of big data has not only brought about profound transformation of the Internet economy，but also had a profound impact on Internet governance and subjected cybersecurity to severe tests. In an increasingly complicated cyber environment，cyber risks directly endanger key infrastructure and lawbreakers make use of grey areas to evade punishment and developed a black industry with industrialized operation，causing heavy losses to Internet users. This report analyzes the types and characteristics of current cybersecurity risks and puts forward suggestions on the management of cyber ecology and on the creation of a cyber environment characterized by overall stability and orderly development.
