构建我国国家关键数据资源保护体系

Abstract:The Chinese government attaches high importance to the fundamental strategic role played by data in promoting the modernization of the country in the new normal，treating it as “basic national strategic resource”. Although the Cybersecurity Law has paid adequate attention to data security and the protection of personal information，it lacks overall planning for “treating data as a basic national strategic resource”. This report puts forward some preliminary ideas on the construction of a national key data resource protection system in China.
