Abstract:The standardization of cybersecurity is the basis of cyber rule of law as well as an important means of state governance，even the participation of global governance. The Several Opinions on Strengthening National Cybersecurity Standardization Work，jointly issued by the Office of the Central Leading Group for Cyberspace Affairs，General Administration of Quality Supervision，Inspection and Quarantine and the Standardization Administration in August 2016，have made targeted arrangements for the key tasks of national cybersecurity standardization work. However，a series of problems remain to be solved in the national cybersecurity standardization work，including the lack of overall planning and coordination，the failure to effectively transform the results of major projects into standards，the absence of standards in some areas，the existence of outdated，repetitive，and contradictory standards，the poor supervision over and low efficiency of the implementation of standards，the low-level of internationalization，and the lack of investment in basic researches.
