文章摘要：2019年，中国社会科学院法学研究所“人民法院庭审公开第三方评估”课题组对2018年度全国法院庭审公开工作再次进行了评估。本报告对此次庭审公开评估的对象、方法进行了论证，对2018年全国法院庭审公开工作的基本状况和所取得的进展进行了客观呈现和分析，发现我国庭审直播工作已基本实现常态化，在社会中的反响渐强，但同时也存在庭审公开发展不平衡、庭审公开规则不统一等问题，需要加以改进。
