2002~2017年澳门《医疗事故法律制度》的诞生与实施
文章摘要：《医疗事故法律制度》经过12年漫长历程才问世，其诞生使澳门特区的医疗事故鉴定走上了法治化的道路。本文主要阐述了四个方面的内容：一是在《医疗事故法律制度》诞生之前澳门特区解决医疗纠纷的相关制度，即医疗活动申诉评估中心的设立与运作；二是《医疗事故法律制度》的诞生历程与主要内涵；三是第一届澳门特区政府医疗事故鉴定委员会的设立与运作概况；四是对《医疗事故法律制度》的完善建议。
Abstract:Macau’s Legal Regime on Medical Incidents came into being after 12 years of legislative process.
